On Saturday, my BF and I went into Dublin city center to have some lunch and have a walk around. Unfortunately it was spoiled by the rain but we had a fun time anyway.

First stop we had a walk around Fallon and Byrne, a lovely grocer/ restaurant on Exchequer Street. I always like to just pop in here and have a noisy at the expensive, tasty foods they have and the shop smells lovely too. I particularly love their teas and pasta selections as seen above.

For lunch, we got a Jo' Burger which is always delicious. They had some autumnal inspired food, pumpkin hummus and cumin sauce which I opted for on my red pepper and chick pea burger. Yum!

The Asian Market on Drury Street is a really fun place to go. I love Asian food and its just a great place to see different ingredients. I love the ready made noodle section, the sweets section and the kitchenware.

It was pretty horrible weather while walking around so to warm ourselves up we got mocha's from The Bald Barista at Stephens Green. They were so warm and tasty but the cups were so small, I think I've spent to much time in Starbucks because when we got our cups we were laughing at tininess. It was tasty all the same and warmed us up nicely from the cold Dublin weather. x
