 haul

I made a mental list of some beauty items that I wanted to buy and while out purchasing them I may have made a few impulse purchases also. So, here is a haul to see what I got.

the body shop cleanser

When I heard The Body Shop had released a cleaning balm I knew I wanted to try it. Named The Body Shop Camomile Sumptuous Cleansing Butter, it looks very pretty and smells very faint but pleasant. I also picked up the Camomile Silky Cleansing Oil. I am very excited to test these out and expect a full review in a few weeks!

I also purchased their Almond nail and Cuticle Oil on a bit of a whim. I actually don't particularly like almond smells and I was slightly shocked at the price when I went to the counter as it was €11.95 but hopefully it is worth the money.

Spend over €40 in The Body Shop and you get a body butter worth over €18 for only €5 so I decided to grab one of these also. The coconut one always calls to me and although there were some nice Christmas scents, I went for the old reliable coconut.
Next from Boots another purchase that I have wanted ever since I first laid my eyes on it. Its the Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge. Having such amazing brushes, I wanted to see how this measures up. Expect a review on this one too!

Having a 3 for 2 in Boots, I grabbed a couple more items. First, Rimmel London Colour Rush Balm in The Redder The Better appealed to me as its coming into red lip season and I wanted a convenient, no fuss lip stick. This is actually very pigmented and smells really tasty and sweet.

The last 3 for 2 purchase was Rimmel Lasting Finish nail polish in Black Cherries. I have noticed this colour before and thought it was lovely but never bothered to throw it in my basket but finally I have it. It is a beautiful, deep cherry colour that I am sure I will wear all winter long.

My last item in this haul was a repurchase. I love the Marks and Spencer Hair Turbans. Only €7 and they are so useful! I think that these hair turbans are a product you don't realise you need until you have it in your life, then you can't believe how silly you were using a regular towel for you hair. They seriously rock!

Have you any thoughts on the items I've bought? I'd love to know any opinions, good or bad.
