autumn nail polish

Autumn nail colors are my absolute favorite. Sure those summer brights and spring pastels are nice and all but nothing gets me more excited than deep, dark shades and neutrals that are so ubiquitous this time of the year.

My first autumnal nail polish must have is from the Revlon Parfumerie range. I personally don't care for the scents but the colours are gorgeous in this range with my favourite being Bordeaux. This is a perfect wine colour that is just perfect for the season as it is rich and deep on my nails. The formula is also pretty amazing also as it lasts on my nails for 4 or 5 days without a chip and if you put a decent top coat on top the strong scent is masked if it's not to your liking.

Models Own Gel polish range is awesome. It’s really affordable and gives a shine like no other. It has the perfect nude in the collection called Naked Glow which is not too grey, not too nude, it's just right. The formula s a little thick so when applying it a light hand is needed but it's a great colour for the autumn months and looks effortlessly put together and chic for this time of year.

I wanted to try The Body Shop's nail polish collection when I first heard about it but seeing this green shade sealed the deal. I am loving deep, dark greens this autumn and this polish just makes me happy. The price s right, the formula is decent and it looks so good. What's more autumnal that this dark coniferous green hue?

Any other nail polish shades you thin I should be wearing this autumn? Let me know.
