What I've Been Loving: October Edition

I didn't really do much beauty shopping this month. I was transfixed on buying clothing instead and lets face it I was kinda lacking in the cash department! I have managed to scrape together a few picks that impressed me this month so let's get chatting.

THE BALM NUDE-TUDE PALETTE- [€34.45]

Can we talk about how awesome The Balm is for a second? I bought a few pieces from their collection and fell in love with this palette. Its such an amazing nude palette with colours that I love. My favourite shade is the gorgeous shimmery brown hue called "Seductive" which as you can tell I've already made quite the dent in. but I am also using some of the more unusual shades such as "Sexy", a perfect berry tint that when used delicately looks amazing on the lids. I haven't stopped using this palette since I bought it as I have just been enjoying it so much.

BOURJOIS BRONZING PRIMER - [€12.99]

I'm very pale and my skin doesn't carry much colour in it so I desperately need something to perk it up. Enter the Bourjois Bronzing Primer which has become a mainstay in my make-up collection. I wear this under and atop make-up or just on it's own. It just gives a perfect glow to the skin and makes me look more alive. I love that with a delicate hand it can look really natural but you can also go to town and look like a bronzed goddess. It's a great affordable make-up item.

THE BODY SHOP COLOR CRUSH NAILS IN "THE BODY SHOP GREEN" - [€7.40]

Yup, I am talking about these polishes from The Body Shop again! I've mentioned how smitten I am with these polishes 3 times this month so I had to include them. My personal favourite shade "The Body Shop Green" is just lovely and perfect for this time of the year. If you want to know how great these are, read my full review HERE

NOT THAT KIND OF GIRL BY LENA DUNHAM

My final favourite is one from the ubiquitous Lena Dunham. I am a big fan of hers and was very excited to read her book. As expected it's a great read. Funny, smart, witty and bursting with interesting stories about feminism, growing up and working life. I highly recommend giving it a read.
