Nivea Sensitive 3 in 1 Micellar Cleansing Water
In case you have been living under a beauty blogging rock, Nivea have released their own 3 in 1 Micellar Cleansing Water. It's been featured on a lot of high profile blogs and I had to see what it was like for myself. I love a good budget cleansing water and the Garnier one is a favourite of mine. I've gone through at least three bottles. So how does this one measure up?

First, I have to say I love that so many brands are releasing micellar waters. The fact that they have become ubiquitously available is so great. And compared to the others I've tried I think this one is actually really lovely. I just soaked a cotton pad, rubbed it on my face and it removed my makeup without any problems. My eye makeup came off with minimal scrubbing and everything seems to dissolve easily. It was quick and hassle free cleansing.

I love that it didn't make my skin feel tight or dry. This can be a common problem for me with cleansers as they really can suck the moisture out of my skin but this one was really comfortable. It also didn't leave any oil or residue on my face which I loved because that's the worst. Another bonus is that it's free from parabens, perfumes and other apparent irritants so girls with sensitive skin, this could be your cleansing best friend.

Glowing review aside, I have to say I don't think I'll be buying this stuff again. And I'll crack out my calculator to explain why. It's €5.49 for a 200ml bottle of the Nivea cleansing water. And when compared with the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water, which is equally as good, that has 400ml for €6.29. That's twice the product for almost the same price! The Nivea one is good but for the price, the Garnier one just pips it at the post.

Have you tried this cleansing water yet? What did you think?
