Sleek Eyebrow Stylist

Friday, 8 May 2015

With some products, it's instant love. You try them and you know they are just right for you. Others take a while. They slowly creep up on you until one day you pick it up and you realise "Hey! I use this everyday!" And with the Sleek Eyebrow Stylist, it was definitely the latter. After having it for a few months, I've fallen in love with this little pencil and let me explain why...

This brow product covers a myriad of things that I have on my brow must have check-list. First, and most importantly, the colour is so great. As we know brow colours can be a little fickle. For some unknown reason, brands especially more affordable ones, tend to go crazy making brow products too warm and ignore the cool toned, super dark haired girls like me. This one has the cool tone thing down though. I wear the darkest of the three shades available and it matches my brows to perfection.

It's also really fast and easy to use. For someone who doesn't need to fill in every single hair, like me. this just does the job in seconds. I brush up the hairs with the ever so handy spoolie and fill in the gaps with in quick few strokes with the angled nib and I'm done. Nice full brows. Surprisingly, it lasts all day too. I find that everything but my brows are a mess when I get home from work. It's impressive stuff.

Of course, any beauty blogger worth their salt would look at this and think this is a dupe for that fancy Hourglass brow thing (I can't remember the name). I've never tried the Hourglass one but the do look remarkably similar. But the real difference is the price. The Sleek one is well under €10. It's a real bargain. So what's not to love??

Have you tried this? Or do you have another bargain brow buy? Let me know.
